March 11 - the only night Manuel got home early so he can have birthday dinner with us... tried my culinary skills but failed (of couse!) :-)... the supposedly baked potato was set aside... we had rice and grilled chicken (easy to do) and Manuel's forever favorite sopas...

in my dedication to Manuel i said "I can hardly manage a good meal but somehow, some way you always end up full hehehe. besides, food delivery is just a call away". we didn't have food delivery on his birthday but he ended up full...as usual.

happy birthday to my ka-birthday cousin! did you know that jun and i were born on the same day, in the same hospital, in the same room, probably at the same time? when i was younger, im kinda hoping na pinagpalit kame sa hospital para maging only girl ako ng palomo family, but on second thought, i'll be named manuela and i don't think that's a pretty name. hehehe

kidding aside, im proud and happy for you guys, you are pulling off the independent family quite well.

the palitan plan was a constant kwento during mealtimes and inuman before Manuel and I got married (that was for eight years!) so i constantly hear your name without knowing how you looked like. finally, got to see you when smacky was introduced to my friend joanne (walang nangyari hahaha). that was also your birthday.

Ka birthday mo pala wife ko March 11 din. PIECES. Ang clue ko dyan PECS. P for Problem of others they can easily understand. E Earnest and forthright. C does not easily CRITICIZE people and S for Sympathetic to others concerns. At least thats what my wife is. I hope Manuel is also like that. Kailan na nga ba birthday mo?

galing mo, pare. i should create one for Manuel, too. mine's August 14. tagal pa. but i will be 32 na rin hehehe.
